What IS eligible for discounting:

• Any consumable (ink cartridge, toner cartridge, drum, ribbon, CRU – customer replaceable unit), part, assembly, accessory or whole unit that is re-manufactured, compatible, used or refurbished.
• Labor and/or evaluation charges (repair and work orders)

What IS NOT eligible for discounting:

• Any consumable (ink cartridge, toner cartridge, drum, ribbon, CRU – customer replaceable unit), part, assembly, accessory or whole unit that is a NEW/OEM product.
• Trip Charges, if applicable.
• Sales Tax
• Shipping & Handling or Delivery/Pick-up Charges, if applicable.
• Core Charges (Items that require a return of a used, undamaged part of the same model)

Disclaimer & other: 

• Eligible items are products and services that we would normally offer to our clients in our product mix.  
• Eligible items are products and services that are offered specifically part of a promotion. Client MUST provide promo code to receive the discount. All other discounts are at the discretion of ImageRefresh, LLC.
• Special order items. They are non-cancelable and require a 100% deposit.
• In the event the special order item is not obtainable, a refund or credit (customer choice) for 100% of the deposit. If the client selects refund, it will be in the same form of payment as originally paid. EG: Credit Card, Cash, etc.
• Open credit terms are not available for discounted items.
